Macro minerals include sodium which is used for the proper fluid balance, chloride, potassium is used for nerve transmission and muscle contraction, calcium is important for healthy bones and teeth, phosphorus found in every cell part of the system that conntains acid base balance, magnesium found in bones needed for making protein muscle.
